Granola

I love granola. This recipe is awesome. The best part about it is, you can add to it or change things about it. For example, you can use olive oil instead of canola oil, or you can add your favorite nuts or fruits to this.

Below is a picture and recipe. I like to eat mine with fresh raspberries and milk. Enjoy!





5 cups oatmeal (either quick or old fashioned will work)
1 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons real vanilla


Bake on a flat cookie sheet for about 1 hour at 300 degree's stirring about every 15 minutes.

Granola can go well with chocolate.
